I have used the System one machine for almost 3 years now. It came with the modem and SD card. My provider sugested I download the sleepmapper data card uploader. He said sometimes communication via the modem did not always go through and I could have insurance problems if I displayed sporatic system use.
The data uploader uploads to the same group that communicates with my modem. I use it often and always just before any sleep apnea appointments.

My provider also told me about the sleepyhead program. This downloaded program reads the SD card and runs the program on my computer. It program provides ton of information.

I hope to be able to use the sleepmapper data card uploader on android phones and tablets soon.
I am pleased with the data card uploader program. I find it easy to use and would recommend it to all.

I have a Philips machine and would like to be able to place my sim card in it to get readings. Can you help me, please?

Get a wireless modem for your CPAP machine and then you can use it on your iPhone or iPad.

Is it really the case that there's not a way to use this program on Mac?

Ditto, for me as well. I was intrigued by this product and was looking forward to using it. I have a Mac Book Pro, and it's a 'no go'. Frustrating.

I agree. Very disappointed to walk thru the entire setup only to discover the uploader works only on a PC and my household is 100% Mac. Looks like I'll be giving the iPhone app low ratings since it's useless.

I agree. I was unable to use SleepMapper with my MacBook. One would think that this application would be available across different platforms rather than just one. Very disappointed.

I am disappointed that it works on Windows but not on a Mac computer.
iPhone, iPod and iPad are Apple products but they are not a Mac computer. Cannot upload data on these units using the SD card. I don't want to buy a modem or Bluetooth because I consider that I paid enough for my BPAP ($3,000).
Not too impressive for a techno product!
Why don't you have a data downloader for a Mac computer?
